It's the Weekend!

We made it through our first five day week!

This weekend, please complete the two AP problems provided in class. You must also use the links below to score your responses.  If you lost the questions, you can find them below...

2007 (Form B) #1
2012 #3 (part a only)

A few comments on your homework--this applies to any homework!...
  • To receive full credit I expect detailed responses, written in complete sentences, just as if you were taking the AP exam.
  • To receive full credit you must also SCORE your response based on the scoring rubric (link below)
  • If you're answers are short/lazy/half-hearted (as deemed by me), you will NOT receive credit! Put in the effort, I only gave you two questions!
  • It might be a good idea to try to time yourself...maybe 15 minutes per question...to practice for the AP exam!
  • For question 2012 #3 you must use comparative language. You must COMPARE SOCS, not write two separate descriptions. If you don't use comparative language (higher, lower, more, less, etc.) and context, you would score an "I" (incorrect) on this question.
  • You can find the answers and the grading rubrics online!
    • I expect you to try these on your own, and then check out the answers online.
    • Make any notes/comments/additions/corrections to your answer so you know the correct/most thorough way to answer these questions!
    • Check out the correct solution, but also check out how the question is scored!
    • If you copy the answers directly from the rubric you will not receive any credit
  • Links to scoring rubrics:

Enjoy!
