That might be a dad joke. Probably no one gets it. Sing it though.....
This weekend please complete the "Probability: The Basics" worksheet provided in class! (Monday's homework is also at the bottom of this post)
- Use the examples (in the images below) as well as today's notes to help with this!
- Questions 1-4 all deal with one spin, so that's all simple math...no multiplying or anything; 1-4 are like the stamp you did with the spinner after your test
- Question 12a and 13i, ii are also more like this intro stamp...
- Don't overthink these!
- Questoin 5-10, 12bc, and 13b are all based on today's notes or the examples below
- Questions 11 and 12d are not things we've covered, these challenge you to think a little more and figure some stuff out....
- You can also look at the examples in chapter 14 of your textbook for help!
- Here are some examples you can use to also help (especially if you were absent):
And here's the homework in case you lost yours or were out:
Finally, if you want some more probability practice and you're feeling ambitious, here's Monday night's probability homework--you will have a take home quiz based on all of this type of math over Thanksgiving break:
