In addition, you must also add me as a coach in Khan Academy! (HW Grade):
- Log into your Khan Academy account (or create an account if you do not have one)
- Go to the "Coaches" tab
- Enter our class code:
- AP Stat Class Code = 5HS925
- You do not have to complete the assignments listed--I was just playing around/exploring the resources
- There are two useful courses for us...
- AP Stat
- This course ONLY has videos, it does not have practice
- Statistics and Probability
- This course, although not directly aligned with AP, DOES offer practice problems beyond the videos
- This course does cover much of the content we address in class, so this is a great resource!
- You can also use Khan for SAT prep! Or anything else!
In case you're curious, here's the plan for the rest of the week and the rest of the unit:
- Wednesday = finish probability (ch 14) notes
- Thursday = chapter 14 classwork, finish chapter 14 notes/start chapter 15
- Friday = Chapter 14 Math and Vocab Quiz (20 min), then work on chapter 15
- Week of 12/4 to 12/8 = Chapter 15
- Week of 12/11 to 12/15 = Chapter 16
- Week of 12/18 to 12/21 = Chapter 17
- Friday, 12/22 = Probability Exam
- Winter Break = "Teaching Yourself Experimental Design (ch. 13)" assignment
Oh, and help to support the yearbook with the fundraiser below--I've been told these are uniform-acceptable! I know I plan to buy myself a fleece to wear!
