Today we worked in groups on a few regression problems, talked about the weekend homework, and did a little with the R-squared stuff. We'll start with chapter 9 tomorrow--notes are online.
Your homework for tonight is to find the regression, interpret slope/y-intercept, examine a residual plot, and explain the variables for two data sets (one based on defribulators, the other on injury recovery time). You also have a worksheet exploring regressions.
Remember, those 5 AP problems are due on Halloween. If you started now, you could get some substantial work done.
There will also be an after school session this Thursday, recapping all we've done in this "Part"--chapter(s) 7,8,9. Be there, son (or daughter).
