Wednesday HW!

**Remember: MANDATORY meeting for all AP students @ 2:15 in the cafe tomorrow!**

And vote on the poll (top right) to determine the day of our "Inferences for Means" unit test!

Tonight, please complete the rest of the "stamp problem" we had in class yesterday (or below)--this time you're actually following the instructions. (practice identifying correct test/interval procedures).

1. List all of the different types of hypothesis tests and confidence intervals that we've learned in the table at the top.
• I also left space to next to the titles "Hypothesis Tests" and "Confidence Intervals" for you to fill in the key words that tell us when to use each.
2. Read each context and then determine the type of confidence interval or hypothesis test we would use to answer the question.
• **For #5 you cannot really decide if you'd use a test or interval (you could use either)

Here's the plan for class tomorrow:

• AP Free Response Stamp: Comparing Distributions--do it, then discuss (10-15 min)
• Go over HW (5-10 min)
• Finish our "paired t-stuff" with some review questions (15 min)
• If we're ahead of schedule and finish early we'll wrap up with some more "identifying tests/intervals classwork."
• Guess that only leaves Friday for a pop quiz this week.....

On Friday I guess we'll have to start with a review quiz, and then we'll work in groups on some classwork to get ready for our upcoming test.
